Patriots Eating Patriots
The GOP is in Michigan is in great disarray. Loyalty and unity have all but vanished. The power struggle in Michigan between the grassroots Patriots and the GOP is causing many casualties as good people are dropping out. The battle within the Patriotic movement is escalating as Patriots are eating Patriots. Is there any hope for freedom and our Constitutional Republic when we are fighting against one another?
Our battle is first and foremost spiritual and then pragmatic. Biblical principles are the formula for success, whether people are Christian or not, the Truth Will Prevail! Non-Christians and Christians are both successful when Biblical principles are applied.
We must address the spiritual realm and the pragmatic realm to have victory. Christians cannot just pray (spiritual realm) and non-Christians only embrace our Constitution (pragmatic-physical realm) to insure victory from a Marxist-Luciferian government. We need; discernment over emotions, truth over ambitions, humility over pride, and most importantly love over hate. This is what We The County is doing; addressing both realms, moving in the Jurisdiction of God through embracing Biblical ideologies.
Are we using our liberty for our own selfish ambition? We have the liberty to say what we want and to break away from one group and assemble another, but is this productive? Sometimes when people in the GOP do not get elected to a position or chair, instead of supporting the person(s) who did get elected, they break away, forming another group, many times opposing the group they just came from. Matt 12:25 But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.”
Gal 5:13-15 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another! Thus: Patriots Eating Patriots.
Do we honor God’s delegated authority? We reap what we sow. If we are always critical and rebellious towards Leadership, what will we reap? The Four Pillars of We The County are: Authority, Leadership, Unity, and Liberty. This is what we believe: “All authority comes from God. It is His delegated authority that empowers leaders to serve others in a spirit of love, walking in unity, culminating in liberty.” True liberty can only be maintained by Leaders who have a servant’s heart and walk in love. We never blindly follow anyone. It is good to question and examine Leadership, but it must be done with the right motives.
We as human beings have a selfish nature and this can cause us to be critical of others, especially those who disagree with us. Galatians 5:19-21 shows us “the works of the flesh” which are a sinful-selfish nature. One of the words that describes this selfish nature is “selfish ambitions,” which I see at work in the GOP and among Patriots.
Selfish ambitions: Strong’s #2052 Greek; eritheia (er-ith-eye-ah); a person only concerned with their own welfare, a person susceptible to being bribed, an ambitious, self-willed, person seeking opportunities for promotion. From there it became electioneering, a partisan factious spirit that would resort to any method for winning followers.
Leaders who understand and are faithful with God’s delegated authority, have a servant’s heart and a spirit of love. They strive for unity even with others who disagree. They look at the bigger picture of what they are trying to accomplish, the greater goal. The Disciples were walking with Jesus and they were arguing who was the greatest amongst themselves. Jesus knowing their thoughts said; “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all,” (Mark 9:33-37). Right after this the Apostle John got upset because he saw someone casting out devils in Jesus’ name, and he forbid him because that person was not following “their group.” Jesus immediately rebuked John saying: “Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me. 40 For he who is not against us is on our side, (Mark 9:38-41). This is called “sectarianism.”
Sectarianism: favor to a certain sect. A form of prejudice by believing one group inferior or superior to another. Most often sectarianism comes through pride and will cause offense and division. We criticize other groups ignoring our own faults. Have we become hypocrites? I became critical and I had to make a heart adjustment towards people and groups who were speaking against We The County. I seek that which unites us.
Satan is known as the Accuser, the one who accuses us of the things he is guilty of. Accusations are one of Satan’s most powerful weapons used to vilify, divide and intimidate anyone who stands for truth, love and righteousness.
Satan: Strong’s #7854 Greek; satan (sah-tahn); An opponent, adversary, enemy; one who resists, obstructs and hinders whatever is good. The accurate description is “hateful enemy.” Satan is the Hater in opposition to God who is love.
The accusations come from a critical spirit, finding fault and then smearing a person’s reputation or organization. A person or organization could have done 99 good things, but if one thing can be misconstrued as bad, the person is smeared. This is a type of Critical Theory.
Karl Marx (1818-1883) wrote the “Communist Manifesto” and instituted “Critical Theory.” He hated God and hated religion. He hated the traditional family. Marx wanted to do away with all loyalty oaths. He believed good and evil could be combined creating a third option. He believes real change can only happen through conflict and chaos, and never through dialect alone. Richard Wurmbrand wrote a book documenting the Satanic influence underlying Marxism. He clearly reveals Marx was involved with Satanism. Marx claimed he “made a pact with the Devil.” Marx stated; “The idea of God is the keynote of a perverted civilization. It must be destroyed.”
Have we resorted to Critical Theory to advance our own agenda? I heard one Patriotic Leader say about another Patriotic-grassroots Leader, since they would not be a part of his cause (group) and help him, they were not Christian. Because people disagree or handle a situation differently, they are called, “Snake” “Evil” “Heretic” or some other derogatory name. How many times have we called someone “RINO” because they did something that didn’t line up with our definition of a conservative? Or they voted for something we didn’t like? Do we look for what unites us speaking positive things, or a smear campaign in order to promote our own agenda? Have we falsely accused people?
Some people have been deeply hurt by others. They don’t trust people and look for any speck of doubt to break ties. To them, everything is a conspiracy against them. These people are very defensive and become divisive. They are emotionally driven and therefore have a difficult time accurately discerning the truth. Their heart has been hardened making them difficult to work with. All of us have been hurt by someone. Have we dealt with the hurt through forgiveness, or have we become bitter and skeptical?
We need to deal with issues, people and groups who are Marxist, but pray to God for the discernment of who-is-who. Walk in unity with those who are of our Constitutional Republic. Humble yourself and honor God’s delegated authority, and He will exalt you in due time. If we don’t stop Patriots Eating Patriots, there is little hope for our freedom.
Rom 12:16-18 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. 17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. NKJV
1 Peter 5:5-7 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. NKJV
