Decree of Consent Preamble
We The County’s mission is to unite Small Businesses, Patriots, and the Churches as one voice releasing God’s delegated authority against the Deep State. On January 28, 2025 Pastors from all 5 counties in the Thumb of Michigan came to Life Song Church and released this decree. There were 48 Pastors/Ministry Leaders in attendance.
Let it be known: We are in a battle for our freedom here in the State of Michigan. Our battle is first spiritual. The demonic realm manifests in people with bad intentions. We must stand against these people who are writing unjust laws, hurting our children, destroying our God-given rights, and our environment. We have legal jurisdiction to defend our rights, under the authority of God’s divine law, and Constitutional law.
United States Constitution Article VI: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
Therefore: any laws made by the State that are contrary to the United States Constitution, have no standing, and are null and void. The Bible is the Supreme Law of Heaven and Earth. Our Founding Fathers incorporated it into the supreme Law of the Land.
Let it be known: James Wilson was the second most active member of the Constitutional Convention. He was one of the first Supreme Court Justices. James wrote: “Human law must rest its authority ultimately upon the authority of that law which is divine.”
Therefore: the authority of the United States Constitution comes from the authority contained in God’s divine law.
Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.”
Let it be Known: according to Strong’s Concordance #1342 the word “just” is defined; “upright and righteous”.
Blacks Law Dictionary 4th Edition defines “just”; “conforming to or consonant with, what is legal or lawful, legally right, correct, true, morally just”.
Merriam Webster: sedition is defined; “incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority“.
Therefore: God will never grant immoral rights because that would violate His divine law. Abortion and the sexual/transgender abuse of our children cannot be a God-given right. Abortion stops the heartbeat of a living being. God knit us together in our mother’s womb and has plans for every child as He made them male or female (Jer 29:11-13, Ps 139:13, Gen 1:27). We are serving notice to all public officials who have written or indorsed unjust laws you are operating without consent. Writing and imposing unlawful, immoral laws constitutes sedition to God’s lawful authority.
Decree of Consent
“We the Representatives of God’s authority, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the righteousness of our intensions, do decree, we give our consent to public officials who have taken an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, giving them only just powers to write righteous laws.
Therefore: all laws that violate God’s laws of right and moral conduct or that violate our God-given unalienable rights are without consent, being unlawful, and declared null and void. All public officials who write unjust laws, are guilty of sedition and will be held accountable.”
