Associate Membership Agreement
I. Introduction
Please read the following agreement carefully. By accessing and paying for a We The County Membership, you (hereinafter known as “I” or “my”) do hereby apply for associate membership in WE THE COUNTY, PMA beginning this day. I accept the offer to become an associate member of WE THE COUNTY, PMA and give my oath that I am joining of my own free will, am at least the age of majority, am competent to make my own judgments, and handle my own affairs. Furthermore, I have read and agree with the following from the Preamble [declaration and purpose] and Article the First of the Articles of Organization.

Preamble
In order to collectively and individually protect the rights, given by God, to the People of the PMA, and their posterity, we do declare the following rights and ordain and establish this Constitution for the Private Association, that shall be called,
“WE THE COUNTY, PMA (hereinafter called the Association).”
Article the First Declared Rights:
This PMA and all members thereof are entitled to all the rights of all men, Sui Juris, in the Constitution of Michigan (State Constitution). The members and associate members also have the right to stand on any right in the 50 American Republican States; and
This PMA also declares that the members shall have the right to do all things that any man, Sui Juris, may do, including providing protection of rights for other members; and
II. Desired Ends and Objectives
1. Provide all trustees and associate members the ability to carry out all lawful, private interest, privately.
2. Provide a private platform for members to make claims against any actors which would breach the common rights of the members or the rights of the association.
3. To protect immediate trustees and associate members and their families from any tyrannical acts that may infringe upon the rights of free People.
4. To encourage trustees and associate members to engage in the biblical principles of producing food, wealth, freedom, financial, and spiritual abundance.
5. To partake in any other activities that may be deemed necessary and proper to the furtherance of the desired ends and objectives of the Association, as long as the actions are not unlawful under the common law nor are things that would infringe on the rights of others; and
III. Notices
WHEREAS, the people are free and have the right to contract and the freedom of association, the nature of our activities are in the private domain only.
WHEREAS, the President (Trustee) does have the right to cancel or terminate memberships at any time by a majority vote of a quorum of the President and Vice-President (Trustee).
WHEREAS, the Association will recognize any person who is in accordance with the above mentioned principles and policies and provide them an atmosphere where he or she may be able to express themselves through exercising constitutional rights, health, education, and be able to share their ideas on how to enhance that experience.
WHEREAS, the Trustees purpose is to provide the associate members with responsible access to natural immunity boosting, education, and other purposes such as activities to enhance body, mind, and spirit.
IV. Beliefs
WHEREAS, We The County, PMA is a like-minded group of Patriots1. We acknowledge all authority comes from God and it is His delegated authority that empowers leaders to serve others in a spirit of love, walking in unity, culminating in liberty. County-by-county we will unite Small Businesses, Patriots and Churches as One Voice.
WHEREAS, we are building an army of Patriots who are protecting our children and our posterity while standing against the Marxist ideologies. Just like our Founding Fathers, we too are declaring God’s authority leading to independence from a corrupt government.
WHEREAS, just like our Founding Fathers appealed to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude (righteousness) of their intentions, and by the Authority of the good People, we too appeal to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, declaring our God-given right to be a free People.
(1)Patriot: Someone who loves freedom, loves The United States of America and is willing to stand for the Original Intent of The Constitution of the United States.
WHEREAS, The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States are documents based on Biblical principles.
WHEREAS, we will train up Patriots whose loyalty is not to a political party, but to our Constitutional Republic, our Bill of Rights, and other Patriots in order to institute righteous laws, restoring our government back to the [original intent of The Constitution of the United States of America](2). Some Patriots may go into elected positions as public servants. Other Patriots may choose to stay active in their communities.
WHEREAS, we are faith-based, believing our cause is just, acknowledging this is a spiritual battle that demands practical application. Some Patriots are well versed in spiritual warfare, some in civic activism, and others in preparing for adversity. Our Leadership style is called “Faith-Based Leadership” and is structured on Biblical principles.
WHEREAS, together we will restore our Republic, as we stand against this Marxist-Luciferian system.
V. Activities
WHEREAS, I understand that WE THE COUNTY, PMA will provide me with programs and opportunities for constitutional right protection and spiritual and health enhancement activities.
WHEREAS, I understand that some elements of health enhancement and education may be outside of the control of the Association and may be affected by “Acts of God,” or problems with access.
WHEREAS, I understand that health enhancing, preservation, growth and spiritual enhancement can give positive mental experiences and bring people much benefit, yet in every atmosphere, there is a chance of injury or unthought of mishaps, and you agree to hold WE THE COUNTY, PMA and any members harmless. You agree to use these services and any programs at your own risk.
WHEREAS, I, as an associate member, agree to notify the membership if I am seeing any negative effects or if I’m having any problems with activities.
(2) ORIGINAL INTENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
1. God created all things.
2. God gave us our unalienable rights.
3. God is our Supreme Judge.
4. God is our Divine Providence.
5. All laws are based on Biblical principles.
6. Any and all laws that violate God’s laws are unconstitutional and should be null and void.
7. The greatest authority to govern is at the local level.
8. The United States Constitution and the State Constitutions are to limit the government, not the people.
9. All laws are transparent, simplistic, and forthright.
10. Congress shall make NO LAWS prohibiting our God-given rights of religion, speech, the press,
right to assemble, and our right to bear arms.
VI. Membership
WHEREAS, the Membership fees are yearly, monthly, or per use. Membership fees as described below:
PER USE: $ Subject to fee stated for the event
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: $ 5/month
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: $50/year (17% savings)
VII. Closing
I have read and understand the above membership agreement. By clicking “Place Order” I do hereby agree to all the terms and provisions of associate membership in WE THE COUNTY, PMA. My membership will begin today and be renewed automatically, annually, or monthly, based on my subscription selection. I understand I have the right to cancel my subscription at any time by sending a notice to cancel to contact@wethecounty.org.
